"The people in this office are so friendly. Especially, Elvis. He’s always responds quickly rather it be text, email or phone call. Very honest, efficient and detail oriented. Really upholds the Statefarm qualities they always advertise about. He even contacted me about the rate and increase because of the market and offered to help save money before paying. And he did it on his own without me reaching out. Thanks Elvis! Edit: 04/28/2025 This firm has truly disappointed me this year. I’ve had to call multiple times every month to correct billing issues — and mind you, there have been no changes or accidents to my account aside from using roadside assistance for tires. The problems all started when they contacted me about adding life insurance, promising a $40 discount. Instead, my bill increased by nearly $60 compared to what I was originally paying. I’m repeatedly told one price, only to be billed another. Call to have it fixed - ends up being more the next month. Customer service used to be excellent, but now, when a particular representative answers, she sounds irritated that I’m even calling — despite the fact that these issues are entirely due to their mistakes. I’ve been told countless times that someone will call me back within 15 minutes, or that “my bill isn’t due yet” — which is irrelevant to the actual problem. I always allow them extra time (one or two days), yet I still end up having to chase them down for a resolution. Meanwhile, if you wait too long, they have no problem sending cancellation notices — even when you’ve paid the correct amount. They don’t return text messages, don’t follow up via email, and show no urgency in correcting their errors. Honestly, I’m at the point where I’m ready to escalate things or switch firms entirely. What’s even more frustrating is that, apparently, only one person at the entire office is authorized to correct policies. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially because I genuinely want to stay with State Farm for the overall value they provide."
