"I have been a State Farm customer since August 2023, and recently encountered an issue that raises serious concerns about their ethics and accountability. My roadside assistance coverage was dropped due to "too many tow claims," yet two of those claims were made before I was even a customer. When I pointed this out, I was told the claims still reflect on my record and that I can’t appeal because I've been a customer for less than three years. This is not only unethical but also punitive for circumstances entirely outside my control. I've requested documentation from their underwriting and my agent, David Peterson, to verify these claims and provide clarity. If you value fair and transparent treatment from your insurance provider, I would urge caution when choosing State Farm. Customers deserve better than to be penalized for mistakes they didn’t make."
